California’s End of Life Option Act
Since 2016, California residents who qualify have had the right to request medication for Medical Aid in Dying (MAiD). Patients who are terminally ill & have 6 months or fewer to live may qualify. We help you understand the law & facilitate access to physicians who will assess & prescribe. Our staff has extensive experience with MAiD patients and can advocate for you at every step of the process. Talk to someone early to learn your options & how the law applies in your case. We can help determine if you qualify, and our staff will provide support for you and your family throughout. Additionally, we offer educational presentations for medical and non-medical organizations, from hospices to senior care centers, on all end-of-life options, including MAiD & advanced healthcare directives.
