California’s End of Life Option Act

In California since 2016 patients that qualify have had the right to request Medical Aid in Dying medication. California residents who are terminally ill or have 6 months or less may qualify. We help facilitate access to the law and physicians who will prescribe. Our staff has extensive experience with MAID patients and can advocate for you every step of the process. Talk to someone early and learn the options and what the law is and what it is not. We also offer educational presentations for the public and hospices about all End of Life Options and MAID, advance directives.
